Job description

The Marketing Communications Coordinator supports the creation and execution of Metro Exhibits’ marketing and communication initiatives across digital and traditional platforms. This role supports Sales and leadership through development of presentations, proposals, case studies, client-facing collateral, employee communications, and company marketing initiatives.

This position requires a creative, forward-thinking individual who understands current marketing trends, branding, and communication styles while balancing execution, speed, and business needs.
Most important: long background in brand strategy, integrated marketing, campaigns, partnerships, experiential marketing, marketing collateral, and cross-functional work.

Creative & Marketing Support
  • Create digital and print marketing materials that support sales initiatives, branding, and client engagement.
  • Design and produce marketing collateral, presentations, proposals, and RFP support materials.
  • Create and update company case studies and portfolio materials.
  • Assist with development of written marketing content and company messaging.
  • Help maintain visually strong and current marketing materials aligned with company branding.
Communication & Social Media Support
  • Assist in producing content for company communications, articles, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Support updates and coordination across company social media channels.
  • Help maintain a modern and consistent visual presentation across communication platforms.
  • Assist with internal communication pieces and marketing support requests.
Sales & Proposal Support
  • Support presentation development for client opportunities and company initiatives.
  • Coordinate updates to marketing materials used by Sales and leadership.
  • Assist with proposal formatting and RFP support materials.
Administrative & Operational Support
  • Maintain organized marketing assets, templates, files, and presentation materials.
  • Coordinate deadlines and deliverables for marketing requests and projects.
  • Support marketing-related event preparation and logistics as assigned.
  • Coordinate with vendors, printers, and outside creative resources as needed.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a time sensitive environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high transactional and fast paced environment.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Open to feedback and coaching for improved performance.

Education: Bachelor Degree Preferred
Field of study: Marketing
Work Experience: 2–5 years of marketing, communications, or creative support experience preferred
