Job summary

RTX is seeking a Marketing Communications Co‑op in Cedar Rapids, IA to work with the Avionics Smart Manufacturing team. You will learn internal marketing and visualization design, collaborate with leadership and engineers on Industry 4.0 initiatives, and help build campaigns.

This role focuses on designing programs, producing digital communications, researching information to support advertising, and ensuring design integrity through proofs.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related major and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co‑op session.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with Lean principles and concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement communication programs
• Provide support to Marketing in conceptualizing and designing graphic representations of products and creative campaigns
• Conduct research, gather and organize information to inform and support advertising campaigns
• Analyzes preliminary and final proofs; corrects errors, where needed, to ensure consistent design integrity
