Job summary

RTX's Cedar Rapids, IA facility offers a Marketing Communications Co-op position within the Avionics Smart Manufacturing team. The role focuses on learning internal marketing and visualization design, collaborating with engineers to leverage Industry 4.0 tech for better production processes.

The position develops and executes internal marketing strategies, manages digital communications, and supports publication production, with opportunities to work on campaigns and video marketing.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related major and enrolled through internship/co-op.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with Lean principles and concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement communication programs.
• Support Marketing in graphic representations of products and campaigns.
• Conduct research to inform advertising campaigns and organize information.
• Analyze proofs and correct design to maintain visual integrity.
