RTX’s Marketing Communications Co-op in Cedar Rapids, IA offers hands-on learning with the Avionics Smart Manufacturing team, exploring Industry 4.0 technologies and modern manufacturing practices. You’ll support internal marketing efforts, create digital content, and develop campaigns that showcase products and innovations.

Ideal candidates are Marketing/Business students, pursuing a Bachelor's or higher, with skills in MS Office and Lean principles, and a drive to learn across departments and

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related major and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with Lean principles and concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement communication programs.
• Provide support to Marketing in conceptualizing and designing graphic representations of products and creative campaigns.
• Conduct research, gather and organize information to inform and support advertising campaigns.
• Analyzes preliminary and final proofs; corrects errors to ensure consistent design integrity.
