The University of Alabama at Birmingham is seeking a Marketing Systems Administrator to provide administration and support for Marketing Cloud and related marketing systems. This role will manage projects, configurations, security and integrations to keep the department current with best practices.

You will build, test and deploy email campaigns, train team members, manage data extensions, reports and automations, and create documentation and dashboards to measure campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of related experience required.

Responsabilités

• Builds, tests and deploys email campaigns including drafting and editing copy, layout, links and dynamic content. Owns quality assurance of all outbound campaigns.
• Develops and conducts training for all existing and new team members in various environments, including face-to-face, phone and virtual.
• Provides support to staff members in solving problems, and serves as a system administrator for the Marketing Cloud environment, including basic configurations, users and user roles.
• Manages data with creating reports, segments, data extensions, suppression lists, imports, exports and automations.
• Builds reports and dashboards to provide visibility into marketing campaign/email results and measures effectiveness.
• Creates and maintains documentation on processes, policies, configuration and user guides.
• Supports and manages projects pertaining to the Marketing Cloud email and marketing automation solution.
