What is your impact?


The Client Success Specialist works closely with other members of the client success team to support the member communication initiatives of WebTPA. Responsibilities will include support for client meetings and hosted events, flyer and video creation, presentation development, email and marketing automation campaigns, social media and web content development. This position will be the primary resource for creating/managing and updating the member content library. The Client Success Specialist will work closely with the Sr. Client Success Specialist and Client Success Manager to support our client communication initiatives.

What Will You Be Doing:



  • Account Management
    Provide recommendations for member communications based on the time of year.
    Analyze projects and recommend solutions to Account Management team for communication projects that are standalone, client specific efforts.
    Support member-focused presentations and make content recommendations based on a member understanding and perspective.
    Ensure deliverables are developed and deadlines met for support of client events including annual enrollment and health fairs.

  • Client Management
    Create, update, and manage general, wellness, and care management flyers with the goal that they are easily digestible in language that a member will understand. Keep the member perspective and understanding at the forefront of all communications.
    Create and support execution of videos, in collaboration with Multimedia specialist, that detail various health scenarios to guide members to making positive health decisions.
    House and maintain a member communications library accessible for account management team.
    Support Sr. Client Success Specialist with building microsites for top 10 clients and build strategic communication plans that include relevant updates.
    Create and support member presentations as needed.

  • Web Content and Social Media
    Help support, maintain, and update website content for public facing website
    Support the Account Management team by helping them promote client fairs and sponsorships we attend on social media.

  • Vendor Coordination
    Provide direction on projects, ensure quality and accuracy of marketing activities with outside resources contractors and marketing agency.
    Coordinate print and fulfilment jobs and swag with external print vendors.

  • Other
    Coordinate and implement design, production, and distribution of print materials for all marketing projects; including planning one own workload to achieve and ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
    Cross train with other client success team members and support projects as needed


What You Must Have:



  • Minimum 2 years experience working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment in Marketing or Communications role.

  • Related Bachelor's degree required Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Public Relations preferred

  • Advanced skills in content writing with the ability to work with subject matter experts to grasp complex business subjects and effectively translate information.

  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and consider timely responsiveness a top priority.

  • Must be comfortable communicating both verbally and electronically with external entities, including clients, prospects, brokers, and vendors.

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Quick learner who can thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Highly effective at multi-tasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Expert-level mastery of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Minimum intermediate-level expertise with Adobe Creative Suite

  • Project management skills

Knowledge of/familiarity with healthcare market is strongly favored.


General Physical Demands


Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects. Jobs are sedentary if traversing activities are required only occasionally.
