What You Bring

  • Passion for client-facing, strategic marketing support—exceptional communication, empathy, and rapport-building.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in digital marketing, account management, or client success roles.
  • Comfort with basic website editing (e.g., HTML, CMS like Drupal or Wordpress).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation—from calendar planning to community engagement.
  • Strong organizational skills; reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable thriving in a remote, high-impact environment.
  • Effective in client management and meeting facilitation, skilled in communication and detailed feedback handling
  • An analytical mindset, proficient in understanding marketing metrics, and comfortable translating them into clear recommendations

Client Communication & Relationship Management

  • Hold monthly check-ins with each assigned client and remain available via phone, email, or video as needed.
  • Support clients in fully utilizing our programs by answering questions, addressing challenges, and tracking progress toward their goals.

Client Onboarding & Program Adoption

  • Assist in the onboarding of new clients thoroughly—ensure training, content implementation, and full program and product adoption to fulfill the obligations specified within the client services agreement.
  • Address client inquiries quickly, troubleshoot issues with team members, and ensure all matters are resolved within SLA timeframes.
  • Regularly monitor and troubleshoot client dashboards (social, reviews, etc.) to ensure functionality and escalate issues when necessary.

Website Management

  • Review client websites weekly to identify and escalate potential issues.
  • Perform basic content updates, including adding, editing, and removing copy, as well as simple HTML changes (e.g., formatting, links, media embeds).

Performance Reporting & Strategic Guidance

  • Provide monthly reports summarizing marketing and advertising performance, along with education and recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to highlight client success, gather testimonials, and develop case studies that demonstrate platform impact.

Social Media & Reputation Support (specific clients where applicable)

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs for managed social content and review responses.
  • Deliver monthly social media calendars using pre-made and custom templates.
  • Monitor, engage with, and escalate reviews and social activity.

Growth & Expansion Support

  • Spot opportunities for clients to benefit from additional GeniusVets products or services.
  • Use performance metrics to spark excitement, build trust, and guide upsell conversations.

You join our team in a full-time, 100% remote position and report to a Client Success Manager and are supported by a team of other Success Coaches. You manage ~30 client accounts, which includes meeting with each client at least once a month.

Other important details:

  • This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
  • Candidates must have internet access with enough speed to perform essential duties.
  • 70-80% of your time will be spent with clients
  • 20-30% of your time will be spent on other duties that include (but are not limited to) monitoring and replying to emails, updating internal systems, and continued education/training
  • Optional travel to industry events

Note: This is a remote position that requires working with clients in various time zones.

Not Required (But Helpful)

  • Experience in the veterinary industry
  • Basic understanding of SEO (search engine optimization)
  • Other types of marketing experience is a plus
  • Basic website editing such as adding, editing and removing content and basic HTML (Drupal)
  • Drupal (client website platform)
  • Slack (internal communication)
  • Zoom (internal and external meetings)
  • FreshDesk (knowledge base and support ticketing system)
  • Proprietary social media management, reviews management, directory optimization, and analytics platforms

This salaried position starts at $55,000-65,000/yr with opportunities for incentives and profit-sharing bonuses.

Essential Job Duties
