Pipeline US-Based Job Search Strategist/Career Coach--Part-Time (Jacksonville, FL/remote)

This is a US-based position. We are recruiting a pipeline of coaches for upcoming business opportunities.

Description

We are seeking a part-time, casual career coach based in Jacksonville, FL to support our relocation and outplacement services. Responsibilities include assisting employees and their families with relocation, acclimation, and job search support, as well as working with employees in outplacement programs.

The Coach will work one-on-one with employees of our client companies, using IMPACT Group's technology and coaching methodology. Support will also extend to spouses or partners of relocating employees.

This position is part-time, with hours varying between 10-20 hours per week, and is remote with no guaranteed hours.

• Build rapport and motivate clients to achieve their goals.
• Guide clients through coaching processes and milestones.
• Advise on career development, transitions, and options.
• Maintain electronic records of services provided.
• Monitor progress, improve job search skills, and address personal issues affecting careers.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in job search strategy and career coaching across various industries and levels.
• Experience with resume writing, interview prep, career exploration, LinkedIn, social media, salary negotiations, and personal branding.
• Reside in Jacksonville, FL and have knowledge of the local job market.
• Experience with virtual coaching platforms.
• Experience navigating VISA challenges and career continuation scenarios is a plus.
• Technologically savvy with high-speed internet, headset, and microphone for remote work.

Ideal Candidate

• Master’s degree in human behavior, business, or related field (preferred).
• Coaching certification or training (highly regarded).
• Experience relocating to a different city personally.
