Job description

Technology Therapy® Group is a high-energy, marketing, web, and strategic business coaching firm with a fully remote office based in Rhode Island. Our organization supports growing businesses by providing digital marketing, web development, and support on multiple channels, with a focus on luxury retail and jewelry brands.

As an endlessly curious team of professionals, we’re agile, adaptable, and constantly learning. We have a passion for teaching and empowering growing business owners. Our team’s forward-thinking perspective and openness to new strategies and tools calm clients who are hesitant to change. It’s our pleasure to work alongside small businesses and help them reach the next level.

This is a contract position of approximately 30 hours per week for someone who values daily consistency and flexible scheduling. If you are the kind of person who thrives when organized, informed, and guiding others toward a goal rather than doing the hands‑on work yourself, this role is an excellent fit.

The goal of this position is to ensure that client relationships run smoothly, projects stay on track, and the team has clear, organized direction. You are the link between client communication, project coordination, and quality review.

This position does not include content creation, design, or direct campaign implementation. If you are looking for a role where you write copy, build emails, or design graphics, this is not the right fit. If you enjoy setting direction, reviewing work with a critical eye, and keeping multiple accounts moving forward simultaneously, keep reading.

Responsibilities and Duties
Client Management and Communication
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the team
  • Maintain consistent daily communication with clients, responding to emails in a timely manner and coordinating approvals on deliverables
  • Follow up persistently with clients to gather assets, information, and approvals needed to keep projects moving
  • Track client retainer hours and billing; provide regular updates to clients on retainer time usage
  • Provide time estimates for client requests outside of the current statement of work
Project Coordination
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed notes during all client and internal meetings; distribute action items afterward
  • Build and maintain content calendars for each client account
  • Delegate tasks to the appropriate team members based on meeting outcomes, client goals, and content calendars
  • Ensure all deadlines are met, and projects remain within budget
  • Maintain accurate client records in our project management application and organized files in Dropbox
  • Contribute to internal process improvement (we are very process oriented)
Review, Feedback, and Quality Control
  • Review and provide feedback on copy from copywriters; return with clear, constructive notes
  • Review creative assets from designers and developers; provide feedback as needed
  • Review completed work from implementation specialists and interns; approve or return with direction
  • Oversee email marketing: review layouts, copy, and scheduling before client approval (implementation is handled by another team member)
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure social media content is created and scheduled on time, to each client’s specifications
  • Monitor digital advertising performance and communicate concerns or questions to the appropriate team members
  • Compile and analyze monthly marketing reports for client review
