Marketing Campaign Manager
The Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of experiential marketing campaigns. This includes campaign development, budget management, execution monitoring, issue resolution, reporting & tracking, and invoicing. The manager oversees all related financial activities and provides high-level service to clients and internal teams, contributing to a culture of service excellence.
Direct Reports: Hires, trains, coaches, guides, and develops direct reports using company processes and tools.
Indirect Reports: No direct reports, but may delegate work and mentor others.
Travel and driving are essential; may travel up to 25% of the time.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Experience: 2-4 years in consumer products, branding, or agency work; experience in event execution preferred.
Primarily office-based; ability to sit for extended periods, hear phone calls, enter data, and lift up to 10 pounds.
