Job summary

SHI International Corp. in the United States seeks a Marketing Business Analyst to strengthen budget planning and financial governance across marketing initiatives and partner-funded programs. You will partner with Finance, Marketing, and Operations to translate data into actionable insights and executive-ready reporting.

You will manage spend forecasting, dashboards, and cost-tracking tools to improve transparency, accountability, and prioritization of marketing investments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, financial reconciliation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ability to build ROI analyses, spend-tracking methodologies, and executive-level insights.
• Experience developing financial forecasts and governance for marketing investments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end budget lifecycle across marketing initiatives and partner programs.
• Reconcile actual spend against forecasts and ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Develop ROI calculators, forecasting models, and executive dashboards.
• Provide real-time visibility into marketing investments and spend.
• Standardize reporting, governance, and documentation across marketing pillars.
