Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Marketing Business Analyst to strengthen the budgeting foundation across campaigns and cross-pillar initiatives. You will own spend tracking, forecasting, and reporting while aligning resources with strategic priorities.

You’ll partner with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to deliver insights, dashboards, and governance that enable data-driven decisions and improved efficiency. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor's Degree.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, business operations, or project management, with emphasis on budget administration and financial tracking.
• Experience developing and maintaining financial models, ROI analyses, and spend-tracking methodologies.
• Experience with financial tracking systems and tools used to manage budgets, expenses, forecasts, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end budget lifecycle across marketing initiatives and cross-pillar programs.
• Reconcile actual spend against forecasts to ensure accuracy and fiscal discipline.
• Manage budget reporting processes and support financial close activities.
• Partner with data and business teams to build ROI calculators, forecasting models, and financial analyses.
• Translate financial and operational data into executive-ready insights and guidance.
• Develop and maintain governance processes for budget tracking and reporting.
