Navaide is seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Associate to join our team. This role supports the brand, develops marketing materials, and enhances presence across channels.

You will lead marketing projects, manage content, and coordinate campaigns with cross-functional teams, applying strategic execution and strong communication to deliver high-impact results aligned with Navaide's goals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing, branding, content creation, or internal communications experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and creativity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint for content management.
• Experience with social media (LinkedIn) and website content updates.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Prior event planning and logistics coordination experience a plus.
• Ability to analyze marketing performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Strong project management skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Develop marketing content such as promotional papers, advertisements, and social media posts.
• Contribute to campaign execution aligned with brand strategy and business objectives.
• Manage social media platforms: scheduling, engagement tracking, and content refinement.
• Assist in website content updates and digital branding initiatives.
• Lead conference and event planning, including logistics and on-site or virtual support.
• Drive internal messaging such as leadership communications and company updates.
• Develop and manage internal templates to align with brand guidelines.
• Conduct research to identify trends informing marketing campaigns.
• Track and report marketing effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Own content updates and maintenance for SharePoint for announcements and resources.
• Manage swag procurement, vendor relationships, inventory, and fulfillment.
