Base pay range

$35.00/hr - $41.00/hr

I'm currently working with a marketing agency that is looking to add a Marketing Automation Manager to their growing team!

Hours: 35-40 hours/week

Contract Duration: ongoing based on work

Pay Rate: $35-41/hr

About this role:

• Demonstrates confidence and leads forward-thinking strategic counsel as a day-to-day leader of marketing automation internally and with client contacts.
• Strategizes and supports the technical implementation of holistic marketing automation campaigns within each applicable client’s respective platform.
• Ensures marketing automation assets and frameworks meet industry best practices and support the business objectives.
• Leads and advances quality control process to validate campaign flow, measurement, assets, dynamic content, and data for each campaign before activating.
• Advances technical and strategic expertise as required by industry trends and evolving client SOPs.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) and 4-6 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot
• Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS, Ampscript proficiency a plus
• Foundational knowledge of SQL
• Ability to identify creative 1:1 executions that moves our Creative team’s work forward in owned channels such as email and SMS
