We are looking for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Marketing Email Automation Manager

to join our team. This dynamic role combines the expertise of email marketing automation

with website management. You will oversee our marketing automation workflows and play

a crucial role in managing website updates using a headless CMS platform

Responsibilities

• Marketing Automation & Email Management:

o Manage and optimize Pardot forms, MQL scoring, email campaigns (e.g.,

brand newsletters, ad hoc event emails, nurture sequences).

o Design and execute engagement studio sequences to improve lead nurturing

and conversion.

o Monitor and maintain domain reputation using tools like Google Postmaster

Tools.

o Ensure GDPR compliance across all marketing operations and campaigns.

• Salesforce Campaign Management:

o Create and manage campaigns within Salesforce, ensuring seamless

integration with Pardot.

o Standardize campaign nomenclature for consistency and reporting clarity.

o Generate and maintain UTM tags for accurate campaign tracking and

performance analytics.

• Collaboration & Insights:

o Partner with the content marketing and creative teams to ensure email

content aligns with marketing goals.

o Monitor performance metrics including open rates, click rates, deliverability,

and down funnel metrics and provide data-driven insights for campaign

improvement.

• Event Support

o Support technical side of events organization. Create Zoom forms, capture

data and monitor activity

o Create engaging email campaigns to help achieve high participation and post

event nurture to increase conversion rates

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Pardot (aka Account Engagement) or similar marketing

automation platforms.

• Knowledge of lead scoring methodologies and email marketing best practices.

• Familiarity with GDPR compliance and other data privacy standards.

• Strong understanding of domain reputation management tools and practices.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce

• Analytical skills, ability to run reports to find actionable insights

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a remote environment with cross-functional teams.

• Strong English marketing writing skills
