Job summary

Trulo Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Marketing & Automation Associate (AI-Focused) to join its in-office team in Sawtelle, West Los Angeles. You will work at the intersection of marketing, automation, and AI to scale campaigns, improve efficiency, and build systems that generate and convert leads at a high level.

You will execute quickly, think analytically, and continuously optimize workflows using automation and AI tools to drive growth and ROI.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in marketing, growth, ops, or similar (preferred but not required).
Strong analytical mindset with data-driven approach.
Excellent execution skills and ability to move fast in a collaborative environment.
In-office full-time role in Sawtelle, West LA.

Responsibilities

Launch and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.).
Build and optimize landing pages, funnels, and conversion flows.
Create and manage email and SMS automation sequences.
Design and implement AI-driven workflows for lead handling and follow-up.
Integrate CRMs and automation tools (Zapier/Make) and AI tools.
Analyze campaign performance to improve ROI and conversions.
Collaborate with sales to improve lead quality and speed-to-lead.
Test and implement new growth channels and automation strategies.

Compensation: $70,000 base salary performance bonus

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing & Automation Associate (AI-Focused) to help build, manage, and optimize our lead generation and marketing systems.

This is not a traditional marketing role. You will be working at the intersection of marketing, automation, and AI, helping us scale campaigns, improve efficiency, and build systems that generate and convert leads at a high level.

You’ll be expected to execute quickly, think analytically, and continuously improve systems using automation and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

Launch and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
Build and optimize landing pages, funnels, and conversion flows
Create and manage email SMS automation sequences
Help design and implement AI-driven workflows (lead response, data parsing, follow-ups, etc.)
Integrate and optimize tools such as CRMs, automation platforms (Zapier/Make), and AI tools
Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve ROI and conversion rates
Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and speed-to-lead
Test and implement new growth strategies, channels, and automation systems

What We’re Looking For

Strong interest in marketing, automation, and AI
1–3 years of experience in marketing, growth, ops, or similar (preferred but not required)
Highly analytical mindset—comfortable working with data and performance metrics
Strong execution ability—able to move fast and get things done
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems
