Job summary

Child Mind Institute in New York, NY is seeking a Marketing Associate for Science and Engineering to support digital campaigns, content development, social media, and email marketing while translating complex scientific concepts for diverse audiences.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, S&E, the role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects across teams. This is a full-time, in-office role with a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• At least 2 years in digital marketing, project management, or related field.
• Experience with Google Analytics, ads platforms, and CRM/email tools.
• Experience with WordPress and design tools (Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva).
• Strong understanding of social media landscape and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, and web channels.
• Create engaging content translating complex scientific research for diverse audiences.
• Build and monitor email campaigns, webpages, and social media with audience segmentation and testing.
• Coordinate project timelines and communication across internal stakeholders.
• Assist with marketing assets including presentations, graphics, and digital ads.
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics with recommendations.
• Maintain marketing calendars and project management tools for visibility.
• Stay informed on digital marketing trends and audience engagement opportunities.
• Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
