Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• At least 2 years in digital marketing, project management, or related field.
• Experience with Google Analytics, ads platforms, and CRM/email tools.
• Experience with WordPress as a CMS.
• Understanding of social media strategies and channels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design tools (Adobe, Figma, Canva).

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels.
• Create content translating complex science into accessible messaging.
• Build and monitor email campaigns, webpages, and social media with segmentation and testing.
• Coordinate timelines and communication across internal stakeholders.
• Assist creation of marketing assets and collateral.
• Track campaign performance and provide improvement recommendations.
• Maintain marketing calendars and project documentation.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
