Qualifications

• BA in marketing, communications, journalism or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years marketing/communications experience, preferably in commercial real estate or related professional services.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local marketing programs to support business development, including website, proposals, collateral, email, and newsletters.
• Manage regional social media and assist with press releases, events, and awards submissions.
• Conduct project research and create quarterly market reports.
• Support marketing operations with leadership communication, process improvements, and collateral management.
