Talon Outdoor is seeking a Marketing Associate to support Growth Marketing initiatives in the US. You will create content, coordinate campaigns and leverage data to identify opportunities for improved activity.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will work across teams to produce compelling marketing collateral and maintain our channels, using tools like Canva, MailChimp, Semrush, and Wix as applicable.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications or related field.
• Minimum of two years of work experience at a brand or agency.
• Proficient in data analysis and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel).

• Support the Senior Marketing Manager and Director of Growth Marketing in content creation for newsletters, websites, social media, campaign highlights and other marketing collateral.
• Report on website traffic, inbound lead activity, SEO/keyword trends, and competitor information and analyze for actionable insights.
• Collaborate with teams across the business to gather information and assets to produce clear marketing content.
• Publish and update content across company websites and social channels, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
• Use Market data sources to gather insights for marketing materials.
• Coordinate client, prospect, owned and industry events, including invitations and collateral.
• Assist in onboarding vendors for partnerships and participation in RFPs.
• Organize marketing collateral with naming/versioning best practices.
• Serve as a point of escalation for Post Buy Report calculations and campaign data in Excel.
• Assist in various research and reporting projects as needed.

THE ROLE_

Talon and PJX Media have formed the largest independent OOH specialist in the US, giving clients access to broader capabilities, deeper expertise and a stronger platform for future growth. Talon is currently looking for a Marketing Associate to support the Growth Marketing efforts in the US during an exciting period for the global OOH agency.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing Associate will play a hands-on role in creating content, collateral, coordinating campaigns and maintaining our marketing channels. The role will also require utilizing relevant market and performance data to identify opportunities and improve future activity.

A DAY IN THE LIFE_

• Support the Senior Marketing Manager and Director of Growth Marketing in content creation for newsletters, websites, social media, campaign highlights and other internal and external marketing collateral
• Report on website traffic, inbound lead activity, SEO/keyword trends, and competitor information and analyze for actionable insights
• Work with teams across the business to gather necessary information and assets to produce clear and compelling marketing content
• Publish and update content across the company websites and social channels, ensuring that it is accurate, timely and consistent with brand guidelines
• Use MediaRadar and other relevant sources to gather insights for use in a variety of marketing material
• Support the coordination of client, prospect, owned and industry events, including invitations, collateral, promotional activity and follow-up communications
• Support the Client Development team by coordinating out of home vendor calls for and onboard vendors for partnership and participation in RFPs
• Organize marketing collateral and ensures best practices are followed for naming convention, versioning, etc.
• Serve as a point of escalation for the Post Buy Report when team members need assistance troubleshooting calculations, formulas, and campaign delivery data via Excel
• Assist in various research projects and reporting projects as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR_

• Strong communication skills with good attention to detail
• Analytical, collaborative, and process-oriented
• Solutions-minded, with a strong ability for technical troubleshooting
• Experience working in Canva, MailChimp, Semrush, and Wix a plus but not required

AS WELL AS_

• B.A. in Business, Marketing, or Communications or other relevant qualification
• A minimum of two (2) years of work experience at a brand or agency
• Basic understanding of marketing principles with experience supporting content, campaigns or digital marketing activity
• Proficient in data analysis and confident using Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
• An interest in media, advertising or OOH a plus

*Dependent upon experience, the salary for this role can range from $80,000-$85,000*
