Job summary

Brown & Brown in Kentucky is seeking a Marketing Associate to join our growing marketing team. This role supports multi-channel campaigns, HubSpot management, content development, and cross-departmental projects to drive awareness and lead generation.

You will collaborate with internal and external partners, help create presentations and marketing materials, assist events, webinars, and reporting, and stay current with digital marketing tools and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related Business field.
• 1–3 years of marketing or related experience preferred.
• Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub or CRM; HubSpot certifications are strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HubSpot and Adobe Creative Suite a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, print, social, events).
• Help manage and optimize HubSpot deployment, workflows, landing pages, and analytics.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to develop content and assets.
• Assist in creating presentations, collateral, and marketing materials for teams and clients.
• Coordinate promotions for events, trade shows, and webinars; track metrics and ROI.
• Support reporting and data analysis to measure performance; manage marketing assets.
• Join cross-functional initiatives and stay informed on marketing trends and tools.
