Job summary

Top Tier is seeking an energetic Marketing Associate to work with the Campaign Manager and sales teams. You will help develop and execute local marketing plans that drive pipeline for new target demographics and customer acquisition.

You will create a marketing mix including regional events, partner marketing, and strategic sales support, with visibility into local markets. Training and collaboration with junior team members are integral in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Background in Marketing, Public Relations, Sales, or Communications preferred.
• Creative mindset is a plus.
• Works well in a fast-paced team environment.
• Must be goal oriented.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Minimum Associates Degree or three years relevant experience.
• Candidates may be subject to background screening.
• Productive in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with our sales and marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies
• Utilize marketing techniques and strategies to increase customer acquisitions
• Increase retention via successful marketing presentations
• Coach, train and encourage junior team members
• Maintain a positive and competitive workplace atmosphere
• Interact with clients on a one-to-one basis
• Setup and activate new customers accounts
• Engage prospective customers on a one-to-one basis
