Reser\'s Fine Foods in Beaverton, OR is seeking a Marketing Associate to support the Brand & Category Strategy team within the Marketing Department. This entry-level role collaborates with product development managers on market audits, packaging, and brand alignment.

You will assist in maintaining databases, preparing deliverables, and supporting annual/quarterly brand reporting, while contributing to competitive analyses as part of a cross-functional marketing group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration is required.
• Up to 1 year of experience; food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist New Product Development by auditing market and supporting deliverables.
• Prepare product support materials and proofs of packaging designs.
• Maintain brand and packaging data to drive efficiency across brand and item.
• Audit marketing websites and packaging for consistency and brand alignment.
• Review Circana database placements and report items of interest.
• Support development of annual and quarterly brand and category reporting.
• Consolidate and report product reviews to identify issues and optimizations.
• Assist with competitive learning through audits against competitors and categories.
• Organize Brand and Product Development Shared drive.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
