Job summary

Ajaia, an AI implementation consultancy and product studio, is seeking a Marketing Associate to own daily social channels, develop the podcast, and craft copy that feels human and high-taste. You will balance creative output with data-driven iteration from AI tools, delivering consistent weekly content.

You must be a strong writer with a distinct voice, capable of producing video, writing, or design work, and willing to work on-site in New York. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong writing ability with a clear and engaging voice across formats.
• Experience shipping content including text, video, or design.
• On-site work in New York; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Ajaia's social accounts daily across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X.
• Launch and build the podcast: format, guests, recording, clipping, show notes, and distribution.
• Write email and site copy that sounds like a person wrote it.
• Maintain the weekly content calendar and ensure timely delivery.
• Support product launches with aligned content plans.
• Pull weekly metrics and propose one improvement.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency next month.
• Keep the asset library organized and the brand voice consistent across channels.
