Job summary

Neurai Tech is seeking a marketer to own content and campaigns for our products and media properties. You will work with the founder, sales and video editor, shaping messages, planning campaigns and turning results into new experiments.

You will write and edit landing pages and articles, manage distribution, partnerships and measurement, using AI thoughtfully while maintaining human judgment in a small remote team based in India.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of marketing experience with campaigns, content or independent projects.
• Clear writing and editing skills with ability to tailor messages for audiences.
• Familiarity with social media, SEO, email marketing and basic analytics; willing to learn.
• Ability to plan small experiments, execute and measure results.
• Comfort collaborating with creators, sales and remote teams using AI thoughtfully.

Own marketing across campaigns, content, social channels and distribution for our products and media properties.

Help the right people discover, understand and try our products. Take a broad role across marketing strategy and execution for CommentFor, our other products and our media properties.

Work directly with the founder, sales and video editor. Understand the audience, shape the message, plan campaigns and turn results into the next useful experiment. Writing and editing are part of the role, alongside distribution, partnerships and measurement.

What you will do

• Research customers, competitors and audience needs to sharpen product positioning and campaign messages.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media, search, email newsletters and relevant creator or media partnerships.
• Write and edit landing-page copy, articles, emails and social posts; maintain a practical content and campaign calendar.
• Brief and collaborate with the video editor on Reels, product explainers and campaign assets, then distribute them to the right audiences.
• Work with sales on lead generation, product launches and onboarding messages; connect marketing activity to qualified interest and activation.
• Track campaign performance, test messages and channels, and use AI to accelerate research and production while checking accuracy and applying human judgement.

What we look for

• 1-3 years of relevant marketing experience, with examples of campaigns, content or independent projects you have owned.
• Clear writing and editing, with the ability to explain a product and adapt its message for different audiences and channels.
• Practical familiarity with social media, SEO, email marketing and basic campaign analytics; willingness to learn across the marketing function.
• Ability to plan a small experiment, organise execution, measure outcomes and explain what you would improve.
• Comfort working with creators, sales and creative colleagues in a small remote team, using AI thoughtfully while owning the quality of the work.

Full-time. Remote within India. ₹30,000 per month fixed (₹3,60,000 per year), plus target-based incentives.
