Our Radnor area client is seeking a Marketing Associate to join their organization. In office position.

The Marketing Associate will support corporate branding and collateral. The ideal candidate must possess both strong technical skills as well as the creative/designer piece. Real estate experience a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and editing brochures, flyers, memorandums, and other marketing material
• Utilizing Adobe programs to format floor and site plans, imagery, and aerial maps
• Developing custom leasing pitch materials and content; regularly update as needed
• Remaining up to date on marketing trends
• Working with web developers on property listing presentation and website enhancements
• Ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• No more than 7 years related experience
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft PowerPoint, and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp preferred)
• Sanity website platform experience a plus
• Extensive social media platforms and content strategies knowledge
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment

Employment Type: Direct hire
