About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, organized Marketing Associate who can turn our work into compelling stories, useful content, and thoughtful campaigns that attract new clients and strengthen relationships with our community.
This is a hands‑on role combining copywriting, social media, email marketing, and design. You’ll help develop ideas, create content, manage publishing, and track results. You must be based in Brooklyn or Manhattan and comfortable visiting clients’ homes and active project sites to capture photos, videos, and behind‑the‑scenes moments with care and discretion.
What You’ll Do
- Content and copywriting
- Write engaging, polished copy for social media, email campaigns, website content, and various marketing materials.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice that’s warm, honest, reassuring, and nonjudgmental.
- Turn organizing tips, project transformations, client stories, and team expertise into content that communicates the value of our services.
- Plan and manage a content calendar, with particular emphasis on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Capture and edit short‑form videos, before‑and‑after photos, team features, and educational content.
- Adapt content to each platform, including Instagram Reels and Stories, TikTok videos, and LinkedIn posts for professional and referral audiences.
- Coordinate onsite visits with the organizing team, working efficiently around client needs and project schedules.
- Monitor comments and messages, respond within established guidelines, and flag client inquiries for follow‑up.
- Protect client privacy and obtain required approvals before capturing or publishing content.
- Create and execute newsletters and promotional campaigns, including copy, layout, audience selection, scheduling, and testing.
- Design branded graphics, presentations, flyers, and other digital or print materials.
- Maintain an organized library of approved photos, videos, templates, and brand assets.
- Track results across social media and email, including engagement, website traffic, inquiries, and conversions where measurable.
- Recommend improvements based on performance, audience feedback, and relevant trends.
- Collaborate with leadership and the organizing team to align marketing with business priorities, seasonal opportunities, and available project content.
What You’ll Bring
- Approximately 2–4 years of relevant marketing experience, with a portfolio demonstrating strong writing, social content, and design skills.
- Hands‑on experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Experience building and sending email campaigns using platforms such as Squarespace, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, plus basic photo and short‑form video editing skills.
- Expertise in capturing high‑quality content with a smartphone and giving simple direction to people on camera.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
- Professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment when working in clients’ homes.
- Residence in Brooklyn or Manhattan and availability to travel regularly to NYC project locations.
- Experience with home services, interiors, organizing, real estate, or another service‑based business is a plus. Familiarity with website content management, basic SEO, AI, and marketing analytics is also welcome.
What We Offer
- A creative role with visible impact on a growing service business.
- Close collaboration with a team that helps clients make meaningful changes in their daily lives.
- Opportunities to shape content and contribute fresh marketing ideas.
