Urban Clarity, based in Brooklyn or Manhattan, is seeking a Marketing Associate to turn client projects into engaging stories through copywriting, social media, email marketing, and design.

You will develop ideas, create content, manage publishing, and track results, visiting client homes and project sites to capture photos and videos with care and discretion. 2–4 years of relevant marketing experience required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of marketing experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong writing, social content, and design skills.
• Hands-on experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Experience building and sending email campaigns using platforms such as Squarespace, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, plus basic photo and short-form video editing skills.
• Expertise in capturing high-quality content with a smartphone and giving simple direction to people on camera.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.

Responsibilities

• Content and copywriting for social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Maintain a warm, honest, and nonjudgmental brand voice.
• Turn client stories and project insights into compelling content.
• Plan and manage a content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Capture and edit short-form videos, photos, and team features.
• Coordinate on-site visits with the organizing team and client sites.
• Monitor comments and inquiries, and route for follow-up.
