The Hartford is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to support data automation, implementation, and delivery of marketing materials. The role focuses on building scalable automation workflows, troubleshooting processes, and collaborating with teammates to keep projects running smoothly.

You will gain hands-on experience with Seismic and related marketing tech, improve content delivery, and contribute to initiatives that streamline how we publish marketing content while maintaining regulatory

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with Seismic is a plus but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to help keep projects on schedule and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and tools; familiarity with relational databases is a plus.
  • Prior marketing experience is helpful but not required.
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with interest in developing stronger skills over time.

Responsibilities

  • Automation management: help with production of quarterly marketing materials following guidelines and compliance.
  • Support the compliance approval process for website updates and new marketing initiatives.
  • Help manage content through editorial and compliance review processes.
  • Assist with automation projects by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows.
  • Support setup and rollout of new automation processes and procedures.
  • Help create and update LiveDocs in Seismic.
  • Coordinate tasks with subject matter experts to keep projects on schedule.
  • Follow documented compliance procedures to ensure accurate and compliant content.

Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.
