Job summary

Summit Events is hiring a Marketing and Promotions Associate for our Charlotte team. This in-person, customer-facing role focuses on acquiring customers by representing client brands at retail and promotional locations. Training will cover product knowledge, communication, and basic sales techniques, with ongoing coaching and feedback.

You’ll work toward campaign goals, take part in team training, and gain practical skills with real campaigns, while earning weekly base pay plus incentives.

Who We’re Looking For

If you’ve worked in retail, hospitality, food service, promotions, or another customer‑facing role, you already have useful skills to build on. Experience in these areas is not required, and we’ll provide training to help you get started.

What matters most is that you’re reliable, comfortable approaching people you haven’t met, and willing to take coaching and apply it.

Compensation

Weekly base pay plus performance‑based incentives.
