Job summary

Ayala Land International Sales, Inc. seeks a proactive Marketing/Real Estate Sales professional in the United States to promote Ayala Land's residential brands and represent the company at booths, events, and roadshows.

Ideal candidate is bilingual English/Tagalog, legally eligible to work in the US, with experience in real estate marketing and strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and entrepreneurial-minded, you will leverage digital platforms to generate leads

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Tagalog required.
• Must be a permanent resident or have valid US work eligibility.
• Experience in real estate sales or marketing is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine property market preferred.
• Self-motivated, dynamic, results-driven, entrepreneurial-minded.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market Ayala Land's residential brands.
• Represent the organization at sponsored booths, events, roadshows and other marketing initiatives.
• Maximize digital marketing platforms and tools to generate leads and expand market reach.
• Provide accurate and detailed project information, process, and computation accordingly.
• Achieve required target on a monthly basis.
