UEI Group Services, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing department in Overland Park, KS. This is a part-time role with potential to transition to full-time, ideal for candidates who can multitask and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities include preparing trade show materials, coordinating product orders, and handling logistics for shipments while supporting marketing projects and administrative tasks as needed.

• Prepare and pack trade show materials, including collecting and organizing dies, foil, and other show-specific equipment for each event.
• Coordinate product ordering and manage inventory levels to ensure trade show needs are met on schedule.
• Track shipping, receiving, and return logistics for trade show materials.
• Support marketing projects and administrative tasks as needed.
