• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, or related field.
• 1–3 years of related marketing, design, social media, or communications experience.
• Strong graphic design portfolio and written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Understanding of marketing, business, and sales principles and the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing and client engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design print and digital marketing materials (social media content, ads, email campaigns, brochures, signage, presentations, event materials).
• Manage social media content, calendars, engagement and performance; identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist with photography, video, website content, podcast, PR, and other digital initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate bank-sponsored, client, networking, and community events—promotion, vendors, venues, materials, logistics.
• Support marketing campaigns from concept through execution, ensuring brand and compliance alignment.
• Track marketing projects, promotional inventory, vendor activity, invoices, budgets, and related documentation.
• Represent First Bank at community events and professional organizations.
