Is This The Role For You?
We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant who brings creativity, curiosity, and attention to detail to everything they do. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in marketing, communications, and design while supporting a mission-driven brand.

In this role, you’ll assist with designing branded materials, drafting and scheduling social media posts, and supporting the execution of marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with the Director of Project Management to maintain our content calendar, support the creation of marketing materials, and help ensure brand consistency across all platforms. You’ll also support light email marketing, internal communication needs, and the coordination of newsletter content.

A fully qualified applicant will have some experience—through employment, internships, or freelance work—in marketing, design, or communications. Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat) or Canva is expected. Experience with HubSpot—or a similar email marketing platform—is a bonus, as we’re exploring the launch of a branded newsletter. Experience working with or supporting credit unions is helpful, but not required. Passionate applicants who are not fully qualified may be asked to complete training at the company’s expense. The salary range for this role starts at $50,000 annually.
