Marketing Assistant – Creative Projects & Client Care

Full-Time | Remote | 9am - 5pm EST

About Us:

Shyft Media is a high-performing, USA based marketing agency who works with premium brands, real estate moguls, and celebrity entrepreneurs.

We’re looking for a talented Marketing Assistant who can serve as the bridge between our clients, creative team, and leadership — ensuring projects move fast, stay organized, and keep everyone in the loop.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead weekly client meetings to gather updates, set priorities, and maintain strong relationships
  • Assign tasks to the internal team and manage timelines inside project tools (ClickUp, Notion, etc.)
  • Track progress and follow up to ensure tasks are completed on time and to standard
  • Communicate updates clearly to both leadership and clients — keeping projects smooth and stress-free
  • Proactively remove bottlenecks and flag any issues

You'll Thrive If You Are:

  • Highly organized with a natural ability to manage people and moving pieces
  • Comfortable leading Zoom calls and keeping conversations focused
  • Experienced with project management software and workflows
  • Skilled at turning conversations into action items and deadlines
  • Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and great at follow-through
  • A clear communicator — especially in writing (client recaps, updates, nudges)
