Job summary

Walter's Auto Group is seeking a Marketing Assistant in Riverside, CA. This entry-level role supports day-to-day marketing efforts across automotive brands and collaborates with the Marketing Director and managers. The position includes paid training, a defined promotion track, and flexible scheduling.

You will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, events, and automotive marketing in a full-time setting.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Able to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Comfortable coordinating with multiple departments and managers.
• Basic Canva or digital marketing knowledge is a plus.
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating, scheduling, and posting content across social media platforms.
• Help coordinate and execute dealership events and promotional activities.
• Make routine website updates, including updating specials, banners, and other content.
• Coordinate with dealership managers to gather current promotions, offers, and marketing needs.
• Update and maintain service specials across dealership websites and marketing channels.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns.
• Help organize marketing assets, photos, videos, and other creative materials.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, agencies, and other marketing vendors.
• Assist with reviewing dealership websites and third-party listings for accuracy.
• Support digital advertising and marketing campaigns.
• Help ensure marketing materials follow brand and dealership guidelines.
• Assist with additional marketing projects and administrative tasks.

Walter’s Automotive Group is looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing Department in Riverside. This is a full-time, entry-level position ideal for someone looking to grow their experience in digital marketing, social media, events, and automotive marketing.
