The Plastic Surgery Center in Red Bank, NJ is seeking an entry-level Marketing Assistant to support a fast-paced marketing team. The role offers hands-on experience across marketing activities for practices, physicians, and brands.

Ideal for a recent graduate who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Responsibilities include materials creation, digital updates, event support, and project tracking, with occasional evenings/weekends required.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous internship or related marketing experience preferred; recent grads encouraged to apply.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Basic proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media platforms is helpful.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn new tools, processes, and areas of marketing.
  • Flexibility and willingness to attend occasional weekend or evening events.

Responsabilidades

  • Develop and update marketing materials, including flyers, physician materials, presentations, signage, and basic digital graphics using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing projects by maintaining trackers, organizing assets, monitoring deadlines, and following up on outstanding items.
  • Assist with basic content and asset updates for websites, email campaigns, social media, and other digital channels under the direction of the marketing team.
  • Proofread marketing materials and help ensure information, branding, links, and other details are accurate before publication or production.
  • Plan and execute community events, health fairs, sponsorships, physician events, and in-office initiatives.
  • Handle event logistics, including vendor coordination, registration materials, promotional items, shipping, inventory, on-site setup, and breakdown.
  • Maintain event calendars, track deliverables, and organize materials needed before and after events.
  • Occasionally work evenings or weekends for special events.

  • Assist with creating, updating, ordering, and distributing physician and practice materials such as business cards, bio cards, appointment cards, brochures, signage, and branded items.
  • Assist with Google Business Profiles, physician profiles, directory listings, and basic website updates.
  • Maintain project trackers, status documents, and other marketing records to help the team monitor priorities, deadlines, and outstanding deliverables.
  • Provide general administrative and project support, including processing invoices, coordinating with vendors, organizing shipments, conducting research, and assisting with team needs as assigned.
  • Track marketing expenses and enter invoices and payments into the department's budgeting tracker.

The Plastic Surgery Center is looking for a motivated, entry-level Marketing Assistant to support our fast-paced marketing team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is organized, detail-oriented, and ready to build hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing activities. The Marketing Assistant will help keep projects moving, support day-to-day execution, and assist with marketing initiatives across our practices, physicians, and brands. This is a hands-on role for someone who is eager to learn, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and takes pride in following through on the details.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Coordination & Creative Support

  • Assist in developing and updating marketing materials, including flyers, physician materials, presentations, signage, and basic digital graphics using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.

Qualifications

  • Pay Range: $45,000-$50,000 annually
