Job summary

Dezer Development is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support planning, execution, and tracking of marketing initiatives at Dezerland Park Orlando. You will help with content creation, social media management, campaigns, market research, and admin tasks to drive brand awareness and growth.

The role requires 1–2 years of marketing experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, and strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities in a fast-paced

• 1–2 years of marketing experience.
• Hospitality, tourism, or theme park industry experience is a plus.
• Experience with Dropbox, Adobe, WordPress, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
• Experience with ClickUp and Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Collaborative team player.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays for events.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Create, edit, proofread, and print marketing materials (emails, brochures, presentations, website content).
• Create and edit basic graphic design elements for social media and campaigns.
• Manage and schedule social media content across platforms.
• Coordinate and update the content calendar for timely publication.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries.
• Monitor and respond to reviews and escalate as needed.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
• Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Support email marketing including list management and campaign distribution.
• Coordinate trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate photoshoots, video shoots, and events as needed.
• Maintain marketing databases and digital asset libraries.
• Assist with vendor coordination and invoicing.
• Ensure brand consistency across communications.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager and internal/external partners.

• Experience in Dropbox, Adobe, WordPress, Klayvio, a plus.
• Experience in project management software (ClickUp, Microsoft Suites), a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
