Qualifications

• Previous marketing, communications, social media, or administrative support experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across channels.
• Create and curate engaging social media content and email communications.
• Support internal marketing request workflows with tickets, updates and approvals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information for timely project completion.

Job Summary
Shared Services Division of First Farmers & Merchants Bank and Liberty National Bank is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day marketing operations. This role plays a key part in executing marketing campaigns, managing content, supporting internal workflows, and ensuring timely communication across departments.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and brand consistency.Essential Functions

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels
• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, community pages and email communications
• Support internal marketing request workflow, including tracking tickets, updates, and approvals
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and ensure timely project completion
• Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all materials
• Analyze campaign performance and compile basic reports and insights
• Collaborate with team members on various projects and tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional environment. This role routinely involves standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Job Type
This is a full-time position (32-40 hours/week) at our Operations Center located in Cannon Falls, MN.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in marketing, communications, business, graphic design, or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• Previous experience in marketing, communications, social media, administrative support, or a related role preferred.

Compensation
Pay range: $23-$29 per hour. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, generous paid time off, a 401(k)-retirement plan with company matching.
