Roylo Partners is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day marketing activities, coordinate campaigns, and contribute to promotional projects. This role offers practical marketing exposure in a collaborative environment with a focus on brand awareness and business growth.

You will assist with planning campaigns, preparing materials, and managing digital content while learning from a team dedicated to growth and development.

We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day marketing activities, help coordinate campaigns, and contribute to promotional projects. This is an opportunity to develop practical marketing skills while working alongside a team focused on brand awareness and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordinating marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Help prepare marketing materials, presentations, and digital content.
• Support social media updates and website content management.
• Conduct basic market research and gather information on competitors and industry trends.
• Coordinate campaign schedules, meetings, and project deadlines.
• Maintain marketing files, contact lists, and campaign records.
• Monitor campaign activity and help compile performance reports.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Confidence using standard office software and digital tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Previous marketing, administrative, or promotional experience is an advantage, but a willingness to learn is essential.
• Pay: $18–$22 per hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Location: On-site in Miami, FL
