Your Focus & Core Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Marketing Assistant, you'll work directly alongside senior campaign leads while taking active, hands-on ownership over daily promotional operations and audience outreach.

• Execute Field Promotions: Assist with daily campaign staging, promotional collateral prep, and venue display setups.


• Engage Local Consumers: Interact directly with prospective clients during live venue activations, presenting brand offerings with enthusiasm and clarity.


• Track Campaign Analytics: Record customer response rates, monitor daily activation totals, and report key performance trends to leadership.


• Support Team Syncs: Participate in morning strategy huddles, brainstorm fresh promotional ideas, and align on daily execution targets.
