Key Responsibilities:

• Support the creation, development, and distribution of marketing and presentation materials
• Assist with marketing collateral for events, webinars, and client-facing campaigns
• Coordinate logistics for mailings and special marketing projects
• Proofread and edit marketing content to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy
• Maintain and update client contact databases and communication lists
• Assist with general administrative tasks, including answering calls, drafting correspondence, and managing internal communications
• Contribute to website and social media content updates, as needed
• Collaborate cross-functionally with team members to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with firm goals
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred
• Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices is a plus
