What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the sales process by maintaining accurate data in CRM systems and coordinating follow-up tasks
- Develop and proof proposals, ensuring high attention to detail in formatting and content
- Facilitate engagement with potential registrants through promotional processes and informational meetings
- Ensure seamless handoff of documentation and information to the operations team after sales close
- Maintain organized archives of proposals, contact records, and past tour information for easy access
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree encouraged, preferably in music, business, management, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, project coordination, or proposal management
- General knowledge of the international performance travel industry and related global destinations
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, and experience managing pricing quotes or vendor communications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
