Marketing and Visual Experience Lead, UGG NA
Director, Marketplace Experience
Remote – US (States: Arizona, California, Colorado, Indiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Washington)
We seek a highly creative and strategic Marketing & Visual Experience Lead for North America to bring UGG to life across wholesale, DTC, and experiential moments. Responsibilities include executing immersive, cohesive environments that elevate the brand’s identity, aligned with the global vision. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, storytelling, and consumer engagement, using visual and experiential elements to evoke emotion and deepen connections with the UGG audience.

The primary functions include, but are not limited to:
You excel at translating brand strategy into visually compelling, emotionally resonant experiences. With a strong background in visual merchandising and experiential marketing, you thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments, leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative brand expressions. You stay ahead of trends, push boundaries, and seek to deepen consumer connections.
Proven experience in visual merchandising, experiential activations, and storytelling. Collaborative, innovative, and focused on brand consistency and excellence.
Salary range: $70,000 - $75,000, determined by location, skills, experience, and education. Specifics shared during the hiring process.
