Responsibilities

• Support promotional events, retail activations, product showcases, and community campaigns across the Charlotte area.
• Represent brands at events and create positive face-to-face experiences with customers.
• Help introduce customers to products, services, and promotions through engaging conversations and demonstrations.
• Build customer interest and support the sales process through confident communication and product presentation.
• Represent clients professionally while creating a welcoming customer experience.
• Assist with event setup, promotional materials, displays, and the smooth running of each campaign.
• Work alongside the marketing and events team to deliver campaigns and contribute ideas for future promotions.
