Arts Lancaster is seeking a Marketing and Programs Coordinator to drive marketing and promotional activities, support educational and community programs, and assist our Development and Executive Directors with outreach efforts.
You will develop campaigns, manage social media and website updates, and help create engaging stories that strengthen the arts presence in Lancaster County. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with some evening or weekend work for events.

Arts Lancaster (formerly the Lancaster County Council of the Arts), a non-profit founded in 1977, is instrumental in empowering the arts to reach people where they are. This administrative professional is responsible for forwarding the educational, economic and social mission of the arts in our community via marketing and promotion strategies (branding, social media, graphic design, website updates, etc.), assisting the Education Director with program execution including functional components of community programs and projects, and assisting Development Director and Executive Director with public relations opportunities and initiatives.
