Job summary

Arona Home Essentials is seeking a Marketing & Growth Associate to join our West Palm Beach showroom. You will drive customer engagement, support marketing campaigns, and help grow the business through outstanding service.

You’ll build relationships, assist customers on the showroom floor, process payments, and collaborate with the Sales Manager to identify new opportunities. A fast-paced, growth-oriented environment awaits.

What You'll Do

No two days are the same! As a Marketing & Growth Associate, you'll play a key role in growing the business, delivering outstanding customer service, and creating an exceptional customer experience.

You'll:

• Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
• Process customer payments and lease agreements.
• Assist customers on the showroom floor and provide exceptional service.
• Answer incoming calls and connect customers with the right team members.
• Maintain accurate customer records and account information.
• Support marketing efforts and customer outreach campaigns.
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and inviting.
• Work alongside the Sales Manager to identify sales opportunities.
• Help create an exceptional customer experience every day.

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who is:

• Friendly, outgoing, and enjoys working with people.
• Motivated to succeed and earn performance-based bonuses.
• Organized with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Professional with excellent phone and customer service skills.
• At least 18 years old.
• Able to lift, move, and transport merchandise as part of daily responsibilities.
• Bilingual? That's a plus!

A valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record (MVR), and the ability to pass a DOT physical (where required), drug screen, criminal background check, and agility test are required before employment.
