Arona Home Essentials in Des Moines is hiring a Marketing & Growth Associate to help grow the business, deliver outstanding customer service, and create an exceptional customer experience.

The role involves building relationships, supporting marketing campaigns, processing payments, and collaborating with the Sales Manager to identify sales opportunities while maintaining organized records.

What You'll Do

No two days are the same! As a Marketing & Growth Associate, you'll play a key role in growing the business, delivering outstanding customer service, and creating an exceptional customer experience.

You'll:

• Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
• Process customer payments and lease agreements.
• Assist customers on the showroom floor and provide exceptional service.
• Answer incoming calls and connect customers with the right team members.
• Maintain accurate customer records and account information.
• Support marketing efforts and customer outreach campaigns.
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and inviting.
• Work alongside the Sales Manager to identify sales opportunities.
• Help create an exceptional customer experience every day.

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who is:

• Friendly, outgoing, and enjoys working with people.
• Motivated to succeed and earn performance-based bonuses.
• Organized with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Professional with excellent phone and customer service skills.
• At least 18 years old.
• Able to lift, move, and transport merchandise as part of daily responsibilities.
• Bilingual? That's a plus!

A valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record (MVR), and the ability to pass a DOT physical (where required), drug screen, criminal background check, and agility test are required before employment.
