On the event side, projects may include reviewing expense reports, researching restaurant or other venues and activities and creating requests for proposals (RFPs) or price quotes as well as sourcing materials for in-person events, answering attendee questions over email and occasionally helping at staff events.

If you are super organized, have an eye for detail and design, love social media and enjoy juggling a variety of different tasks and projects to meet deadlines, this could be the role for you.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and permission great user-generated content (UGC) on social media

  • Review content submitted and organize as needed

  • Catalog and organize existing photo and video library

  • Answer questions from event and attendees over email in a timely manner

  • Assist with other projects as needed such as collecting content or ordering items for events

About you:

  • You are extremely organized and adept at learning and using digital tools to get projects completed. You have experience with or an aptitude for learning video editing apps like CapCut and project management systems like Asana or Trello.
