Marketing and Communications Manager
PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Marketing and Communications Manager serves as a leader responsible for the development and execution of high‑quality marketing, communications and brand design concepts across global initiatives and diverse audiences. This role leads the marketing, communications and design process from concept through execution, ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation across all deliverables, while providing leadership and guidance to the marketing team The role collaborates with cross‑functional partners, including marketing strategists, copywriters, project managers, producers, and business stakeholders, to bring creative concepts to life. As a marketing and communications expert, the role creates original branding and design studio concepts across B2B tactics and channels aligned to marketing initiatives while overseeing the the execution of integrated marketing and communications programs through direct reports and internal resources. .

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
Bachelor's degree with major in graphic design or a related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
Licenses as needed.
Experience
Seven (7+) years of graphic/web design experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Agency experience required.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $100k-$120k.
